36 and Sunny

... and like clockwork this time of year, the daffodils start popping out of the ground.

Been biking 3 times per week and up to 10 miles at about 14 mph.  Not good numbers by any stretch, but better numbers than a couple weeks ago, which is about as good as I could hope for getting started.  I also got some shorts with a chamois that I wear under my pants, which has made a huge difference in terms of comfort.  I think I'm going to have a few dopplebocks tonight to celebrate the onset of meteroological spring.  Mom & Dad are watching Addie Saturday, so Sarah & I are going on our fist date in many months.  Pancakes & fresh syrup at an annual maple tapping on Sunday morning.  Life is good.

  1. It is amazing how much better our new camera is at taking pictures. This winter sure was easier than last, wasn't it!

  3. You've gotta start somewhere, and I can attest that it's good to get away with the wife every now and then.

    Just curious.

If so, you are way smarter than me.
